The country house in the suburbs of Kyiv, where the client's parents lived, began to show signs of destruction. The owner of the building began to notice how cracks began to develop in the walls from the inside and outside of the house. Cracks appeared in the corners of the building, in window openings and internal partitions.
The owner turned to LLC "Static Systems" for an explanation of the reasons for what is happening to the bearing structures. Stati-Cal engineers scheduled and conducted a survey of the foundation and supporting structures. After studying the results and considering and discussing the proposed solutions, the owner concluded a contract with the company.
The company's specialists came to the conclusion that the cause of the deformations could be insufficient drainage, considering the damaged paving and the lack of a drainage system.
Recommendations were given for the operation of the building and the implementation of small general construction works so that the client does not face similar problems in other parts of the building in the future.
Engineers developed a solution to strengthen structures using Stati-Cal technologies. In particular, the project involved stitching up cracks and strengthening the supporting structures. Thus, an element of binding the house with a reinforcing belt was added to the project.

The work was carried out in 3 days, mainly on the outside of the building. However, it was also necessary to strengthen the internal partitions.
