The building was built in 2020:
− Part of a restaurant with a complex configuration 49.69m x 41.45m;
− the foundations of the columns are columnar, made of monolithic reinforced concrete;
− strip wall foundations, made of monolithic reinforced concrete;
− monolithic reinforced concrete floor slab, on the ground;
− brick walls, aerated concrete.
The company’s specialists conducted a survey and testing of the soil using dynamic probing, as well as visual inspection and photographic recording. During the inspection of the building, it was discovered that the soil layers within the active zone under the slab are uneven, and they are characterized by a process of additional compaction (subsidence) due to soaking, loading or their own weight. Based on the results of the survey, a project was developed to strengthen and reinforce the base of the reinforced concrete floor slab, strengthen the base of the reinforced concrete floor slab.
Implementation of work in March 2025.
The entire range of work provided for by the project was completed within 4 calendar days. When carrying out the work, INJECT technology was used (method of injecting gel-composite solutions (based on cement mixtures)), in combination with Stati-CAL technology (using Stati-Pile metal piles).
The company’s specialists carried out:
- strengthening and reinforcement of the base of the reinforced concrete floor slab to a depth of -6.0 m from the surface of the slab, replacing the structural solution from slab-soil to slab-pile-soil, using Stati-Pile metal piles, Stati-CAL technology;
- strengthening and reinforcement of the base of a reinforced concrete floor slab to a depth of -1.0 m from the surface of the slab by injecting gel-composite solutions based on a cement mixture, INJECT technology;
- geodetic monitoring of the horizontal position of the floor slab.
The customer received a 10-year guarantee for the work performed, namely the absence of foundation subsidence, development of cracks and deformations.
