The building was built in 2020:
− Individual garden house, one-story with an attic 7.90m x 9.70m;
− The foundation is strip, monolithic reinforced concrete.
− partitions – cellular aerated concrete.
− external walls – cellular aerated concrete.
− the overlap is wooden.
During the operation of the building, cracks were discovered in the walls. The company’s specialists carried out an inspection and testing of the soil using the dynamic probing method, as well as a visual inspection and photographic recording of the house. Based on the results of the survey, a project was developed to repair cracks and strengthen load-bearing walls, strengthening the base of the foundation.
The entire range of work provided for by the project was completed within 5 calendar days.
The company’s specialists carried out:
– strengthening and strengthening the base (soil) of the foundation of a house to a depth of -1.5 m from the ground surface by injecting gel-composite solutions, INJECT technology.
– strengthening walls and repairing cracks using prestressed Stati-Bar reinforcement (joint inclusion of parts of the building in operation, as well as avoiding the development of further cracks and deformations of structures), Stati-CAL technology.
The customer received a 10-year guarantee for the work, namely the absence of foundation subsidence, development of cracks and deformations.
