The building was built in the 1960s:
- an individual residential building with a complex configuration of 10.00 m x 7.20 m
- the foundation is ribbon, rubble
- partitions-brick
- exterior walls-adobe, brick
- lined floor-wooden
The company’s specialists conducted a dynamic penetrometer test, as well as a visual inspection and photo fixation of the house. During the inspection of the building, a significant number of cracks in the walls and voids in the soil under the foundation were found, which were formed as a result of the lack of a blind area around the house and the lack of drainage from the foundation. Based on the results of the survey, a project was developed to strengthen and strengthen the foundation (soil) and strengthen the walls in the places of the detected cracks.
The entire list of works envisaged by the project team was completed within 5 calendar days. When performing the work, the INJECT technology was used (a method of injecting heliocomposite solutions (based on cement mixtures)) and the Stati-CAL technology (a method of reinforcing brickwork with prestressed reinforcement).
The company’s specialists conducted:
- reinforcement and reinforcement of the foundation (soil) to a depth of -2.6 m from the daytime surface by injection of gelocomposite solutions, INJECTION technology;
- reinforcement of walls in places of detected cracks (additional reinforcement with prestressed Stati-Bar reinforcement), Stati-CAL technology;
- control geodetic survey of the foundation relative to the horizontal plane, warranty survey.
The customer received a 10-year warranty for the work performed, namely the absence of subsidence of the foundation, the development of cracks and deformations.
