Individual residential building of simple configuration in terms of overall dimensions
They are 9.61 m x 9.36 m single-storey without a basement.
– The structural scheme of the house is frameless, with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls.
– The foundations are rubble strip, partially reinforced with concrete.
– Cinder block partitions.
– The exterior walls are made of stone, partially insulated with foam.
– The floor is wooden.
During the work at the base of the existing foundation, it was revealed:
– the depth of the foundation is different;
– the mark of the bottom of the foundation is different;
– within the depth of the sounding, the soils have a different and uneven degree of compaction, the thickness of the soil layers is not maintained according to the degree of compaction and thickness;
– at the time of the work, soil moisture and wetness have not been detected.
During a visual inspection in September 2025, STATI-CAL representatives detected cracks (vertical, diagonal) in the load-bearing elements (walls, foundations) of the house.
As a result of the survey and inspection of the house, the engineer developed a project for performing work using Stati-CAL technology, and the cost of the work was calculated (there is a photo of the project below in the materials). The commercial proposal was agreed with the landlord, and work was scheduled to begin.
According to the project, the work took 5 calendar days to complete. Using Stati-CAL technology, the walls were reinforced in the places of the detected cracks (additional reinforcement with prestressed Stati-Bar reinforcement).
Within 5 days, Stati-CAL engineers completed the geodesy work necessary to comply with warranty obligations, which provided for fixing the position of the house in the horizon. A geodesy report was prepared and handed over to the landlord.
