A private residential house of simple configuration, one-story, without a basement, the overall dimensions are 9.61 m x 9.36 m.
- Structural scheme of the house – frameless, with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls.
- Foundations – strip rubble, partially reinforced with concrete.
- Partitions – cinder block.
- External walls – stone, partially insulated with foam plastic.
- Flooring – wooden.
During the work at the base of the existing foundation, the following were found:
- the depth of the foundation is different;
- the mark of the bottom of the foundation is different;
- within the depth of the sounding, the soils have different and uneven degrees of compaction; the thickness of the soil layers according to the degree of compaction and thickness is not maintained;
- at the time of the work, moisture and wetness of the soils were not detected.
During a visual inspection in September 2025, representatives from Static Systems LLC noted cracks (vertical and diagonal) in the building’s load-bearing elements (walls and foundations).
Following the building survey and inspection, an engineer developed a project for the Stati-CAL work and calculated the cost (photo of the project below in the materials). The commercial proposal was approved by the homeowner, and the work was scheduled to begin.
According to the project, the specialists from Static Systems LLC completed the work in five calendar days. Using Stati-Cal technology, the walls were reinforced in places of detected cracks (additional reinforcement with pre-stressed Stati-Bar reinforcement).
Within 5 days, the specialists from Static Systems LLC performed geodetic work necessary to comply with warranty obligations, which provided for fixing the position of the house in the horizon. A geodetic report was prepared and handed over to the homeowner.
