What is QUIKSET?
This is an innovative, two-component light and strong polymer mounting compound based on fast-hardening resin. It is used for installing wooden, plastic and metal support structures of various shapes and cross-section profiles in the ground.

Installation process
DRILLING
a hole of a given diameter and required depth (see the table on the product label or in the booklet)
INSTALL
Align and fix the structure in the desired position; wear protective gloves
REMOVE THE SEPARATION CLAMP
With a vigorous movement, pull both ends of the bag in opposite directions
MIX (20 seconds)
both components, energetically redistributing the content inside packages (but no more than 30 seconds)
OPEN THE PACKAGE
in the designated place.
POUR IT IN
content of the bag in the hole, distributing evenly around construction element.
WAIT (3 minutes)
before the end of the process of expansion of the mounting mass and the beginning of it curing
REMOVE SURPLUS (after 10 minutes)
if necessary, cut with a shovel, knife, etc.
CLOSE
the place of installation, covered with soil to protect against splashes direct sunlight.
FULL LOAD
can be applied after final curing (after 4–5 hours).
Traditional methods
INSTALLATION IN THE SOIL USING CONCRETE SOLUTION
- Hole for installation of a large diameter - not less than 25 cm (large labor costs, larger volume of soil for processing or removal)
- A large amount of concrete solution - up to 50-75 kg per element of the supporting structure (heavy weight, high cost of transportation, long preparation time)
- Additional construction tools and equipment (wheelbarrow, shovel, concrete mixer)
- Must have water or access to water supply
- Labour-intensive cleaning of the working tool
- Unsightly excess of hardened concrete around the installed support structure, which is very difficult to remove or decorate
- Contamination of clothing and work space

- The need to drill or dig a hole with a diameter that exactly matches the diameter of the supporting structure to be installed
- Impossibility of installing the support structure by hammering due to its possible damage from impacts
- Inability to adjust the position of the installed support structure vertically and horizontally
- Reduced service life of the wooden support structure due to the natural process of rotting, as a result of precipitation and capillary penetration of moisture
- The need to drill or dig a hole with a diameter that exactly matches the diameter of the supporting structure to be installed
- Impossibility of installing the support structure by hammering due to its possible damage from impacts
- Inability to adjust the position of the installed support structure vertically and horizontally
INSTALLATION OF A METAL STRUCTURE IN THE SOIL WITHOUT THE USE OF CONCRETE SOLUTION
- Difficulty of installation in hard and rocky soil
- Limited possibilities for adjusting the position of the installed support structure vertically and horizontally
- Unsightly appearance due to mechanical deformation of the upper part of the supporting structure during hammering
- Rapid occurrence of corrosion due to the violation of the protective anti-corrosion layer in the lower part of the supporting structure due to friction with the soil during driving
